NEXT MEETING – 2nd March 2008

Our first meeting for 2008 is on Sunday 2 March, 2008, at Caulfield Medical Centre, 260 Kooyong Road, Caulfield.  (Unfortunately the Board room was not available in February, hence the change of date).

Please also put the date of the following meetings in your diary now – Sunday 18 May and Sunday 17 August, 2008, also at Caulfield.  I am hoping to have our November get-together at Geelong – more details later.

Proceed directly to the Board room, or report to the Reception desk for directions.  We will begin at 12.30pm, over lunch, with tea/coffee provided by Jan.  Note that the canteen and café are not open on Sundays so please bring your own lunch.  The first part of the meeting will be a time to eat lunch, catch up and chat.  Our formal meeting will be from 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm, followed by afternoon tea and chat time, finishing at 4 pm.

Time	Arrive by 12:30 pm, Finish: no later than 4:00 pm.  Formal meeting from about 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm
Bring	Bring your own lunch and a small plate to share for afternoon tea if you wish

Parking:	There shouldn’t be any problems with on-street parking close by, or in the Medical Centre carpark, enter via Gate 2, for a fee of $4.  Melways Map 67 K3 will show you where to go Click here to open a .pdf map – please note the instructions for the carpark payment and exiting.
Public Transport	For those who are taking public transport, the St. Kilda Road tram, route no. 67 from the city, then Brighton Road, then turn along Glenhuntly Road, to corner Kooyong Road, alighting at stop 49, seems to be the most convenient.  We could pick up from Elsternwick Railway station.  (Please arrange with Jan, ph. 9723 6651, before Sunday 2 to be picked up).
